Californian brand Hum Nutrition is now available in the UK through Cult Beauty, offering a range of vitamins and supplements tailored to your specific needs. Hum very kindly sent me the Uber Energy to try, a heady dose of vitamin B and adaptogens to ramp up the energy levels. These have been great during lockdown when all the days just blend in to one, and the less I do the more fatigued I’ve become. Once life goes back to normal (whatever that means) I’m sure these will also be great to support a more hectic lifestyle. Whatever you need – calmer skin, better sleep, a mood boost, or stronger nails and hair, there’s something in the range to help you. I love that these are vegetarian capsules, and they also have a few vegan items in the range. And on a completely shallow note, I love the colourful packaging and want a whole row of these on my shelf. If you’re looking for some new supplements I completely recommend.
