Fast becoming one of my favourite skincare brands, Omorovicza smashes it out of the park again with their new Peachy Micellar Cleansers. These pads are soaked in micellar solution created from natural olive oil ester. The micelles (cleansing molecules suspended in water) draw out dirt and oil from pores like some kind of magical magnet, whilst rose water soothes and softens the skin, and a healing concentrate leaves it firmer and brighter. You can use these as the first step of a double cleanse to remove makeup and daily grime, or just use them on their own. There’s no need to rinse off if you don’t want to – making these perfect for those lazy evenings when you got in to bed to snuggle and watch Game of Thrones, and now can’t be bothered to go and do your full face routine. I know you know what I’m talking about.
Added bonus – the cleansers smell of sweet peaches and come in the cutest of pale-peach pots. These are vegan, cruelty-free, and totally safe to use for removing eye makeup. A pot of 60 pads costs £35, and Omorovicza kindly gifted me these, along with another new wonder from their range – the Rose Quartz Facial Roller (pictured above). Oh my days, this is fabulous. It’s naturally cool, but you can keep it in the fridge for ultra-cold quartz. Running this over your facial muscles (using the smaller end around the eyes) each morning is great for de-puffing and stimulating blood flow. Using this in the evening whilst doing the non-lazy face routine – cleanse, tone, serum, moisturise, etc – is great for working your products properly into your skin, and you’re helping to give your face a bit of a workout and tone those muscles. £40 for something you’ll use everyday (sometimes twice a day) is a bargain, and it’s such a soothing pleasure to use. You can even combine TV watching and face routine with a lazy flick of the wrist and let the roller do the work. Two products I highly recommend for spring.
