BaByliss Iridescent Straighteners

Babyliss Iridescent

Behold the magnificent shine of the BaByliss Iridescent hair straighteners! Look at their mermaid-like blue and green hue, paired perfectly with purple. Debenhams asked me if I'd like to try the Iridescent Salon-Pro which currently have a bargain 50% off, making them the perfect Christmas present for anyone who a.) likes shiny things, and b.) likes having nice hair.

Blue Hair Straighteners

It's not all about looks when it comes to gadgetry (though, come on… have you SEEN how cute they are), as someone with insufferably frizzy, wavy hair I needed to know if these resplendent beauties actually worked. The tourmaline-ceramic plates heated up super-quick to 235 degrees, and gave a smooth finish. The curved sides are great for creating curls and beachy waves, and the swivel cord made it easy to manoeuvre them around the back and sides. I'd say these are pretty great value, even at full price. I really recommend some of Oribe's Gold Lust Hair Oil when using straighteners, as they heat protect hair, and also help tame frizz. I apply a small amount to wet hair, and then some more to the ends once it's all styled. Just a wee tip there, that and get these straighteners if you're in need of a new pair, they're not half bad.
